Alama Wardrobe

FAQ

Quick answers grounded in how the product works today. For legal detail, Terms and Privacy are authoritative. See our Community guidelines for what's allowed and how to report content.

What do I get for free?
A full digital wardrobe, not a trial. Store up to 100 items, build 25 outfits and organise 3 collections — with AI photo clean-up on everything you add. New accounts also receive welcome credits so you can try AI try-on before deciding whether to upgrade.
Where does the marketplace work?
Buying and selling on our peer-to-peer marketplace is UK-oriented (shipping, compliance, and buyer/seller flows). Other product features may be offered more broadly depending on your App Store region — check the listing for your account.
What do credits pay for?
Credits power AI try-on. Each try-on run costs one credit. Adding items, background removal, and organising your wardrobe do not consume credits. Welcome credits and referral rewards are described in the app.
What is the difference between subscription and credits?
Organiser and Style Pass are recurring subscriptions. Organiser removes the wardrobe limits and includes a monthly top-up of try-on credits; Style Pass adds unlimited AI try-on. Credits are one-off packs you can buy anytime if you'd rather pay as you go. Live prices are always shown in the App Store and Google Play listings.
What fee do sellers pay?
Sellers pay a 15% platform fee on marketplace orders — no listing fees, no hidden extras. Shipping, returns and disputes follow the flows and policies linked from the app and our Terms.
How do referrals work?
Referral codes can reward both referrer and referee with credits when eligibility rules are met. Details and limits are shown in-app.
Which platforms are supported?
iOS 17.6 and later on iPhone. Android is on Google Play — use the Get it on Google Play links on this site or search for “Alama Wardrobe” in the Play Store.
How do I report or block content?
